How long does delivery take?

Order received by 2:00 PM, will be shipped the same day. Order received after 2:00 PM, will be shipped the next day.

Delivery time takes from 2 to 5 working days depending on your shipping address.

In case you do not receive your parcel within the described timeframe, please feel free to contact us at info@aikdukaan.com or call us at 0423-883-5225.

What is the delivery cost?

It purely depends on your shipping address. Delivery charges starts from Rs. 125 and depends on location and parcel weight.

Which courier service do you use?

Our official logistics partners are TCS, Leopard and Movex Courier.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on info@aikdukaan.com or give us a call on 0423-883-5225 with your order number for any clarification.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash and Bank transfers.

Absolutely yes!. We use 3rd party fully encrypted and secure platform and never store your financial information in our system.

Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

You can shop at AIKDukaan without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  • Manage your email preferences and edit important information.
What if I forget my password, how will I retrieve it?

To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.

How can I place an order?

Shopping at AIKDukaan is easy: Explore our products to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose the product and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order and you’re done. Happy Shopping.

I did not receive any sales order summary, what does that mean?

If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at info@aikdukaan or 0423-883-5225

How will I know that you have received my order?

The Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at info@aikdukaan or 0423-883-5225

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This information will help you track your order(s). You can also check this ID when you sign in to the website. If you’re not a preferred customer, you may call or email at info@aikdukaan.com or call 0423-883-5225, with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within ONE HOUR from the time of order placed. After that, we would be unable to cancel the order.

Can I Combine 2 orders together?

Unfortunately, no! We would be unable to combine 2 different orders or change the quantity at any stage of the order processing.

Can the billing address differ from the shipping address?

Yes, it is possible to use a different address for billing purposes. Simply check the ‘Use a different billing address’ option under the ‘Billing Address’ tab on the checkout page.

COD is only available in Pakistan.

Can I order for someone else?

Absolutely yes!. Simply make sure that you enter correct address on shipping details.

I am based overseas and want to order for friends/family members.

We welcome and respect overseas Pakistani Community and would definitely honor your order. Only pre-requisite is to make advance payment through credit/debit card.

Do you accept PayPal for overseas Pakistanis?

Presently we are not accepting PayPal, but will accept in near future.

Is my personal information kept secured?

All personal data presented by our customers is kept secure and classified. Only approved personnel have access to this data.
